Ordering
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders within the U.S. arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey once it ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately at this time we only offer shipping within the United States.
Can I return sale items or items purchased during a promotion?
Sale items or items purchased during promotions are typically final sale and cannot be returned. However, please review our Return Policy for any specific details or exceptions regarding promotional purchases.
Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Be sure to select the code that offers the best value for your purchase!

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of the time it was placed. To request cancellation, please email us directly at lirioandco.pe@gmail.com
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us at lirioandco.pe@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Online purchases made through Lirio And Co. are valid for exchange or refund within 15 days of the shipping date. The shipping date will be available in the shipping confirmation email. The shipping address for returns will be available on your invoice, and customers are responsible for the return cost. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition and/or unworn and returned in its original packaging. For returns, the customer should contact us via email with the order number and explain if it is a return or exchange.
Refunds
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
Damages and issues
You have 24 hours from when your order was delivered to claim that your order is damaged.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
